First Step: Customer Orders Products:
- Choose product quantity.
- Fill out 'Product Order Form' (use button).
- Enter contact and shipping information.
- Choose shipping method.
- Click on the 'submit order' button.
Submission Automatically:
- Creates webpage feedback message.
- Sends Feedback email to customer.
- Sends order to NiceLand Gifts.

Second Step: NiceLand Gifts reviews order:
- Content reviewed.
- Order compared to inventory.
- Reserve inventory for order.
- Calculate shipping & handling costs if any.
- Add taxes (if applicable).
- Send Email message with all costs for final customer review. Email includes link to secure server for payment.

Third Step: Payment and shipping:
- Customer receives payment fullfilment email, fills out credit card information and submits payment (includes all costs)
- NiceLand Gifts receives payment and ships product.
